TRADITIONAL DENTAL ASSISTING PROGRAM

This program can be completed in as little as 10 months as a full-time student, or longer as a part-time student.  Coursework is delivered through traditional classroom lectures and through clinical experiences both on campus and in local dental offices.

DEAL DENTAL ASSISTING PROGRAM

Distance Education - Dental Education Alternative Learning (DEAL) - through this unique individualized approach, the entire certificate program is available on the web and through video tape instruction. The student may enroll in one or more courses and visit the campus only during  designated evenings or Saturdays for lab assignments and performance testing.  Clinical experiences are available both on campus and in private dental offices. An instructor is available on campus during scheduled times for the DEAL program.
NOTE:  Students may complete the program by combining both approaches to course enrollment.
